Japanese Tofu with Mushrooms and Seafood

Remove the packaging of Japanese tofu and cut into small pieces.

Dip with starch.

Add a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan and fry tofu.

Flip and fry until browned on both sides.

Fry and take out.

Cut off the roots of the seafood mushrooms and wash them.

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add seafood mushrooms and stir fry.

Stir fry with very fresh soy sauce.

Stir-fry until the seafood mushrooms become soft, add the fried tofu and stir fry.

Add coriander and stir fry twice and turn off the heat.

Add salt and mix thoroughly.

When frying the tofu, pay attention to adjusting the heat to prevent it from frying.
