4.
Then open the tea bag of jasmine tea, pour the tea powder, and mix well.
5.

6.
Mix into a uniform dough.
7.
Move to the table and fold it into a rectangle.
8.
Then arrange it into a cylinder with a diameter of about 3.5 cm, wrap it with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator until the dough becomes hard.
9.
Take it out, remove the plastic wrap, and cut into round slices about 7 mm thick.
10.
Put it in a baking tray, put it in the oven, on the middle level, heat up and down at 150 degrees, bake for about 25 minutes.
11.
The edges of the biscuits are light golden and ready to go out of the oven. Put it on the drying rack and let it cool and put it in a sealed box for storage.
Tips:
The amount of jasmine tea can be increased or decreased according to your taste.
It takes a long time for the dough to harden in cold storage. If you are anxious to bake, you can put it in the freezer for about half an hour.
The dough should not be frozen too hard, otherwise it will not be easy to slice.
The baking temperature should not be too high, and the refreshing color can be seen only when the baking temperature is low.
