The ingredients include: thousand sheets, minced meat, leeks, plum vegetables, eggs, starch, soy sauce, sugar, salt, oil.

Cut the leeks and plum vegetables into the minced pieces and put them in the minced meat.

Add egg yolk, soy sauce, oil, salt, sugar, starch.

Stir all the ingredients evenly.

Spread the thousand sheets on the cutting board, and cut the edges neatly to make a square.

Spread the meat evenly (not too thick).

Roll it up, remember to roll it tightly, if you are not technical enough, you can use sushi curtains like me to help.

Also paint a little egg yolk on the interface so that the interface will stick.

Put it on the pot and steam for about 10 minutes, then turn off the heat for about 5 minutes.

Cut it into pieces and arrange them.

Dip it in a little sauce and make it more delicious.
