Jelly

Boil water in a pot, add pig skin and cook for two minutes.

The boiled pig skin is cleaned with pig hair.

Scrape the grease from the pigskin.

Shred the pork skin.

Put it in a pressure cooker, add twice as much water, turn off the heat ten minutes after SAIC.

Boil it until milky white, pour it into a container, and put it in the refrigerator compartment. I made it at night and kept it overnight.

The pigskin is frozen and solidified and cut into slices.

Mince garlic and ginger, wash and chop coriander and shallots.

Heat oil in a pot, add minced ginger and minced garlic to low heat and stir until fragrant.

Cool the fragrant minced garlic and ginger and place it on the skin jelly.
11.
Add very fresh flavor, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, salt, chicken essence and sugar.
12.
Add coriander and chopped green onion.
13.
Pour in chili oil and mix well.
14.
Finished product.
