Jelly

Wash the jelly and cut into pieces.

Chop garlic into minced pieces.
3.
Put light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, and chili sauce in a small bowl to make a juice.

Add side dishes and minced garlic to the chopped jelly.
5.
Pour in the adjusted juice.
6.
Mix well and serve on a plate.
Tips:
Be careful when you eat raw cold dishes.
1. Rinse the jelly with water and use cold boiled water over it.
2. The cutting board for cutting vegetables must be separated from raw and cooked.
3. If the side dishes are prepared when buying jelly, they must be cleaned.
