Jelly

Slice the jelly. Pound garlic into garlic paste.

Pick and wash the coriander, chop it, and blanch it with hot water.

Put the jelly and chopped coriander in a clean basin, add oyster sauce and garlic.

Add vinegar.

Tips:
When adding salt, add a little less, because oyster sauce and soy sauce already have a certain saltiness.
