Jelly in Syrup

Put 30 grams of white jelly into a container and add proper amount of hydration.

Add two bowls of water to the pot.

Bring to a boil and pour the white jelly solution.

Bring to a boil for one minute.

Pour it into a container and put it in the refrigerator to solidify.

Add a bowl of water to the pot and put a spoonful of brown sugar.

Add a spoonful of white sugar to boil and melt.
8.
Pour the sugar water into a container and let cool.

Cut the solidified white jelly into pieces with a knife.

Pour in sugar water to finish.
