Home cooking---Jellyfish head mixed with cabbage heart. This dish is a small cold dish that is always eaten at home. It is very good whether it is eaten by yourself or for guests, and the taste is very refreshing.

Jellyfish Head Mixed with Cabbage Heart

1. Soak the jellyfish head in clean water for 3 hours.

2. After washing, squeeze out the water and cut into strips.

3. Boil it in hot water, don't use boiling water to burn it out.

4. Take out the drain.

5. Cut the cabbage heart into shreds, pick and wash the coriander, cut into sections and blanch it with hot water, peel the carrots, wash and cut into shreds.

6. Put the cabbage heart and jellyfish head into a clean basin, add carrot shreds, blanched coriander, and add very fresh soy sauce.

7. Add oyster sauce and minced garlic.

8. Add vinegar.

9. Add sesame oil and mix well.

Tips:

Do not scald the jellyfish head with boiling water. If it is too hot, the jellyfish head will shrink.
