Jiangxi Fried Noodle

Boil water in a pot, add dry rice noodles when the water is boiled, and simmer until the rice noodles are semi-soft and rotten (for frying noodles, not too soft). After cooking, remove cold water and rinse for later use.

Cut the auxiliary materials for later use.

Heat oil and fry eggs. After frying, put in a bowl and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot, add chili and garlic and stir fry until it tastes spicy.

Add the chopped cabbage, stir fry, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, fry until broken, add the fried eggs.

Pour in rice noodles, stir-fry evenly, and then serve.
