Fried fruit, also known as fried dough stick, is an ancient Han Chinese noodle dish. Jilu dialect refers to fried dough sticks as "fruits", so "fried fruit" also means "fried dough sticks". Impressions are more common in Shandong Jiaodong area. It used to be poor living conditions and could only be eaten during the Chinese New Year, but now it is different. It is very convenient to eat whenever you want.

Jiaodong Fried Fruit

1. Weigh self-raising powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar as needed, then pour 10 grams of corn oil

2. Add 120ml of water and make dough for 1 hour

3. Divide the good dough (no need to knead the dough more) and roll it into strips

4. Three strokes with a knife

5. Follow this method to make all the dough

6. Pour the oil in the pot and heat it up. When the oil temperature is 5-6, the raw embryo will be fried

7. Fry until the surface is browned

8. Take out the oil control

Tips:

The oil temperature should be well controlled during the frying process. If it is too large, it will be easy to paste, and if it is too small, the fruit won’t grow.
