Jinbuhuan has a unique fragrance and can be used for fried seafood. It used to be fried shellfish. Today I tried fried prawns. It was very good.

Jinbuhuan Fried Prawns

1. When the prawns are opened, go to the shrimp intestines. For a good taste, I am red shrimp, raw, not cooked shrimp.

2. Heat oil, add garlic and saute

3. Add gold without changing, just stir fry twice, don’t fry for a long time

4. Add prawns and fry, turn it over

5. Tear in a little bit of water

6. Add salt and soy sauce to taste

Tips:

Don't over-fry the shrimp, otherwise the meat will rot and taste bad
