After leaving my hometown to work in Beijing, I can no longer eat the pasta made by my mother. I have time. I learned from my mother and tried to cook hometown food by myself. This cake is based on the mother's pancake method, combined with the eating habits and hobbies of the people of Jinnan, and added the family's favorite fragrant sauce, green onion, and chili noodles on the basis of the original flavor cake. These condiments are used as fillings. Baked together with the cake, so not only the noodle aroma of the previous cake, but also the aroma of sauce, onion and pepper, you don't need to eat the dish, just eat the cake!

1. You probably need these things, let’s introduce them in detail below

2. Mix the noodles with warm water and make the noodles softer;
Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough sit for 25 minutes.

3. Knead the noodles into round strips and cut them into pieces with a knife, depending on the size of the cake you want to bake;
Roll the noodles with a moderate thickness to ensure that the skin will not break after touching the fragrant sauce;

4. Evenly touch the sauce and use the amount according to personal taste.

5. Sprinkle with chili powder and use the amount according to your personal taste. You don't need to sprinkle it if you don't eat it spicy.

6. Sprinkle with chopped green onions;

7. Roll up from one end of the pie and roll the pie into a strip. This step is to wrap the filling in;

8. Roll up the rolled dough from the left and right sides, as shown below;

9. Use a rolling pin to roll the stuffed dough into a pie shape, personally feel as thin as possible, so that it will be more crispy and cooked better;

10. Rolled raw cakes;

11. Add a small amount of cooking oil to the pan (I use an induction cooker spoon);
When the oil smokes, turn the fire down a bit, and the power of my induction cooker is adjusted to 300W;

Tips:

1. Make the noodles softer, cover them with plastic film, and let the noodles wake up for 30 minutes;
2. Chili can be put according to personal taste, or you can touch your favorite sauce, condiments, etc. in the cake...
3. When pancakes, the fire must be small or small. My induction cooker uses 300W, which feels very good. If the power is higher, it may be burnt.
