Jinsha Corn Golden Crispy and Tempting
1.
1. Pour out the sweet corn in the bag and wash it with water to control the moisture
2.
2. Corn wrapped in a small amount of corn starch
3.
Peel the duck egg yolk and mash it with a spoon
4.
Pour oil in a pan, heat to about 60% heat, add corn kernels, and fry on medium heat until browned and set
5.
Pull the fried corn kernels to the side, empty the center, and pour the mashed salted egg yolk
6.
Stir-fry slowly over medium heat, until the salted egg yolk is loose and sanded, and combined with the corn kernels to make it salty and fragrant. Mix the salted egg yolk with corn kernels and stir fry until all the egg yolks are frothy, turn off the heat and bring out of the pan.
When sauteing corn kernels with salted egg yolk, be sure not to add water, otherwise the salted egg yolk will be mushy and you will not have a smooth texture. The salted egg yolk has a salty taste, I didn’t add any more salt
