Jinsha Tofu

Main ingredients: tofu, cooked salted duck egg yolk

Cut the tofu into pieces, blanch it in boiling water, remove and drain the water for later use.

Heat oil and add duck egg yolk.

Fry slowly over low heat.

Stir-fry until duck egg yolk turns sand, add tofu.

Turn the spoon quickly and repeatedly, so that the sanded duck egg yolk is evenly coated on the tofu.

Season with a pinch of salt. To turn off the fire

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. Be sure to use cooked salted duck egg yolks, you can also put 2-3.
2. The tofu must be blanched in advance, and the final salt should be adjusted according to the saltiness of the duck egg yolk.
