This is a simple and nutritious home-cooked delicacy suitable for all ages. The white tofu is wrapped in a golden duck egg yolk. The color is very attractive, and it tastes soft and tender, which is quite good. Try it!

Jinsha Tofu

1. Main ingredients: tofu, cooked salted duck egg yolk

2. Cut the tofu into cubes, blanch it in boiling water, remove and drain the water for later use

3. Heat oil, add duck egg yolk

4. Stir fry slowly

5. Stir-fry until duck egg yolk, turn sand, add tofu

6. Turn the spoon quickly and repeatedly, so that the turned duck egg yolk is evenly coated on the tofu

7. Season with a pinch of salt. To turn off the fire

Tips:

1. Be sure to use cooked salted duck egg yolks.
