Jinsha Tofu

Main ingredients: tofu, cooked salted duck egg yolk

Cut the tofu into cubes, blanch it in boiling water, remove and drain the water for later use

Heat oil, add duck egg yolk

Stir fry slowly

Stir-fry until duck egg yolk, turn sand, add tofu

Turn the spoon quickly and repeatedly, so that the turned duck egg yolk is evenly coated on the tofu

Season with a pinch of salt. To turn off the fire

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table
Tips:
1. Be sure to use cooked salted duck egg yolks.
2. The tofu must be blanched in advance, and the final salt should be adjusted according to the saltiness of the duck egg yolk.
