Jinsi Steamed Shrimp

Remove the head and tail of the shrimp, and pull out the shrimp intestines, do not cut off the back,

Slightly scratch the prawn at an angle.

Sprinkle the glutinous rice wine evenly on the shrimp meat (you can use a watering can) and mix well with cornstarch.

Marinate a little with cornstarch and set aside.

Pour the garlic paste into a pot of medium-warm oil, and set a medium-to-low heat.

Stir continuously until the aroma is released.

Just turn it slightly yellow.

Put a small amount of water in a separate pot, add rock sugar and light soy sauce after the water is boiled.

Add fish sauce, shrimp oil and sugar and stir well.

Bring to a boil again, pour in the garlic paste that has just been fried, and cook for one minute.

Put the konjac shreds on the plate, put the shrimp on the konjac shreds, and pour the freshly made seasoning on the back of the shrimps.

Put it in the steamer.

Simmer and steam for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion, add a little sesame oil and salad oil, then sprinkle with coriander, cover the pot and simmer for 2-3 minutes (remember to turn off the heat).
