Jintai Shrimp

Cut the tofu into 3cm long, 1cm wide, and 1cm thick pieces;

Add oil to the pan, heat the pan, add the tofu cubes, and fry on low heat until golden on both sides;

Place the fried tofu on the plate;

Take the fresh shrimps, sprinkle in the cooking wine and mix well to remove fishy;
5.
Sprinkle in salt and starch, mix well;
6.
Put the mixed shrimps in a pot and fry them over medium heat;
7.
Spread the fried shrimp on top of the fried tofu;
8.
Pour the cold soy sauce into the bottom of the plate, surround the lower layer of tofu, and add an appropriate amount of green mustard.
