Joy Luck Shrimp

Prepare minced meat, green onion, ginger, and carrot

Put green onion, ginger and carrots in the meat, add cooking wine, salt, oyster sauce and sesame oil and stir well

Shell the shrimp, leave the tail, cut the back, and remove the gut

Marinate with cooking wine, salt and pepper for 20 minutes

Spread the shrimp on the bottom of the egg tart mold, exposing the tail of the shrimp, put the meat in it, not too full

Make a small hole in the middle of the meat with your fingers, and punch in the quail eggs

After the water in the pot is boiled, put it in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes, and gently scoop out with a knife.

Tips:
You can also put a few more shrimps in the egg tart mold, and I put 3 in one of them. After steaming, you can add some green leafy vegetables to garnish.
