Juewei Double Pepper Steamed Sea Bass
1.
Prepare a portion of sea bass and a portion of green and red chopped chili sauce.
2.
Because my sea bass is relatively large, I choose to chop it and steam it. Chop the sea bass and marinate for 20 minutes with a little salt and white pepper.
3.
After marinating, add a tablespoon of green chopped pepper and red chopped pepper and cover the fish.
4.
Put it in a steamer.
5.
Start the steamer and set the program for 9 minutes to complete.
6.
After steaming, take out the steamer.
7.
Pour the fish sauce in the steaming dish into a small pot.
8.
Add a little organic soy sauce and pepper to the effect of the fish sauce and bring it to a boil.
9.
Pour the boiled soup again into the steamed fish plate and serve.
Tips:
1. For those who are afraid of spicy food, when making chopped chili, you can choose a chili with a lower degree of spiciness to make it, and only take it for the flavor of the sauce, which can also achieve the effect of making this dish.
2. My steamer is put in cold water, and it can be made in 10 minutes. If you don't have this pot, you can use an ordinary steamer. After boiling the water, steam it on a basket for 10 minutes to get out of the pot immediately to keep the fish fresh.
3. Steamed vegetables can best reflect the original taste of the ingredients, so there is no need for too many seasonings to cover up the original taste.
