Jujube and Egg Syrup

Soak red dates in water for half an hour, slice ginger, and rinse eggs with water.

Put water in a pot, add ginger slices and red dates and cook for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat to keep it slightly boiling, beat in the eggs, turn to medium-low heat and cook for 5 minutes after the egg whites are solidified.
4.
Drink a bowl of warm drops.
