Jujube and Haw Scam

Mix salt, butter, baking powder, caster sugar and flour

Knead it into corn crumbs with your hands

I boiled the hawthorn sauce by myself, and it’s drier deliberately. If your hawthorn sauce is thin, remember to reduce the water. You can also use dried hawthorn instead

Add the eggs and milk to step 2, stir evenly, then add the hawthorn sauce and dried dates, and mix well

Put plastic wrap on top and bottom, roll flat, fold in half two or three times to increase the level

Roll out to a thickness of 2CM, and cut with a mold, or cut with a knife

Brush egg liquid on the surface, oven at 200℃, 15 minutes
