One white fungus (1 cup of soaked hair and chopped), 4 red dates, and water. The red jujube white fungus dew itself is lighter than the color in the picture. I don't know if it is because of the light problem or because of a brown bear in the background.

Ingredients

1. Rinse the white fungus and soak it in cold water. I soaked it the night before, about 8 hours.

2. After washing the red dates, soak them in cold water. It’s about half an hour to 1 hour.

3. Remove the cores of the soaked red dates and chop them. Don't throw away the water used for soaking the red dates. Use it later.

4. Remove the yellow stalks of the soaked white fungus and chop them

5. Put the cut red dates, white fungus and red dates into the soymilk machine together, and then add water to the 900ml water line, plug in the power cord, press the five-grain soymilk button and wait for the soymilk machine to sound the completion tone, then turn off the power

6. Because it uses dried red dates, there will be some red date slag in the cooked red dates and white fungus. If you like a smoother taste, you can filter it before drinking.
