Jujube Bun

Weigh the flour, sugar and yeast powder

Tips:
The jujube bun I made is relatively small, so the steaming time is not long, if it is bigger, it will take longer. After steaming, let it simmer for 2 minutes and open the lid. Press the side of the jujube bun with your hand. If it can rebound quickly, it means it is cooked, otherwise it needs to be steamed again.
