Jujube Cake
1.
Prepare two clean pots to separate the egg whites and yolks.
2.
Add two spoons of homemade jujube puree to the egg yolk bowl.
3.
Add oil and 10 grams of sugar to the egg yolk bowl.
4.
Sift the flour into the egg yolk bowl.
5.
Stir evenly to form a fine and particle-free paste.
6.
Add sugar in the egg white bowl three times and beat the egg whites with a whisk.
7.
Hit until you can pull out the small sharp corners.
8.
Put half of the egg white into the egg yolk paste.
9.
Stir it evenly with a spatula, and do not make a circle to avoid foaming.
10.
Pour the mixture from the previous step into the remaining half of the egg whites.
11.
Stir again and mix evenly.
12.
Pour the cake batter into the mold. (Actually, there is no need to spread greased paper, my mold has a problem, so I spread a layer of greased paper)
13.
Put it into the preheated oven.
14.
Bake at 165 degrees for 20 minutes.
15.
After being out of the oven, let it cool down and release it from the mold.
16.
You can eat as soon as you serve it.
Tips:
The baking time and temperature are not fixed, they should be adjusted flexibly according to the temper of your own oven
