Jujube Cake

Pour brown sugar and honey into a bowl and beat in eggs.

The electric whisk beats the mixture of eggs, brown sugar and honey until it is thick.

Use a spatula to add low-gluten flour and mix well.

Pour in an appropriate amount of salad oil and stir again.

Brush the baking tray with a small amount of salad oil, and preheat the oven to 190°.

Pour the stirred batter into the baking pan.

Sprinkle the crushed jujube puree evenly on the batter.
8.
Bake in the oven at 190° for about 15 minutes, and it will be out of the oven.
