Jujube Cake
1.
Soak the red dates in water until the water has just passed the red dates.
2.
Boil the red dates, and remove the date cores after cooling.
3.
Then put the red dates and a small amount of water for boiling them into a cooking machine to puree them. If they are wet, use a stainless steel pot or an enamel pot to fry them.
4.
Line the baking tray with greased paper.
5.
Add butter and salt to the jujube puree and stir well.
6.
Beat four eggs, add brown sugar, and mix well.
7.
Put the egg-beating bowl into warm water of about 40 degrees and continue to beat.
8.
Until the egg liquid is very thick, lift the whisk so that the egg liquid on the beater head will not fall off and the lines in the egg liquid will not disappear immediately. You can preheat the oven at this time.
9.
Add the sieved low powder in three times and mix well. The method of stirring is still up and down, and each time it must be fully stirred evenly.
10.
Take a part of the cake batter and the jujube puree, stir well and add to the rest of the egg batter.
11.
Stir well evenly.
12.
Pour into the baking tray and shake vigorously twice.
13.
Bake in the preheated oven.
