Jujube Egg Rolls

Method: 1. Use a mixer to break the milk and red dates and mix them evenly. 2. Whip the egg yolk, oil and sugar (20g) into a white state, add red date milk, and continue to stir evenly. 3. Sift in low powder. 4. Use a stirrer to pass for 30 seconds at high speed. 5. Add white sugar (30g) to beat the egg whites, then add the egg yolk paste, stir the two evenly, as shown in Figure 6 below.

Preheat the oven at 150°, turn the upper and lower tubes at 130° for the middle and lower layers, and it will take 35 minutes.

The cake is upside down, tear off the oily paper on the surface, and cut the edges at 45° on both sides, as shown in the picture. Just roll it up.
