Jujube Muffin

Weigh the required ingredients.

Mix the eggs, sugar, and oil and mix well.

Add jujube puree and walnut powder and continue to halve evenly.

Sift in low flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Stir evenly.
6.
Pour into a paper cup 7 minutes full.

Preheat the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes, middle layer, upper and lower fire, 180°bake for 25-30 minutes.

It's particularly soft and delicious when eaten cold.
Tips:
Muffin cakes are simple and have a high success rate. The jujube puree is my first time to make it and it is delicious. I saw this recipe in a baking book I bought, and it's not bad.
