Jujube Sandwiched with Walnuts
1.
Rinse the red dates with water.
2.
Wipe off the water with kitchen paper or place it on a wire rack to dry.
3.
Shell fresh walnuts and take walnut kernels (small ones can be made into walnut crisps or bread)
4.
Cut the red dates with a knife and don't cut the bottom. Take out the red date cores.
5.
Add walnut kernels.
6.
Do them all in turn.
7.
The jujube sandwiched with walnuts are placed on the grill, and the middle layer of the oven is roasted at 100°C for about 50 minutes (time and temperature are for reference only)
8.
You can change the direction of the grilling net in the middle, and the hot air can be turned on in the next ten minutes.
9.
I am used to bake it and simmer it for a while with the remaining temperature.
10.
It will be very crispy after cooling.
11.
You can put it in the oven to continue baking if you feel it is not fully baked (zero failure does not require any technical content)
