Jujube Syrup

My soymilk machine is a computer version, it will jump to the heat preservation state in about 25 minutes, then pour the beaten milk into the container, filter it with a strainer when it is poured, and then add an appropriate amount of white sugar.

Choose five high-quality jujubes. According to personal preferences, you can increase or decrease them appropriately. It is best to soak a few in water in advance. I usually soak in water at night and make it the next day. Remove the nucleus of the jujube.

When making soy milk, add a little rice to make it feel tender and smooth (you can try if you don’t believe it), so when I make jujube syrup, adding some rice will also feel tender.
