Prepare materials

Mix low-gluten flour, baking powder and salt through a sieve

Add sugar and softened butter

Mix sugar, butter, and flour, and knead it into a coarse corn flour state

Add whole egg liquid and milk

Knead into dough

Chopped red dates and walnuts, no need to chop too much

Pour chopped red dates and walnuts into the dough

Mix well and form a dough, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour

Take out the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a sheet about 1cm thick

Use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes

Put the cut noodles into the baking tray

Brush a layer of whole egg liquid on the surface

Tips:
1. Don't knead the dough too much, so as not to generate too much gluten and affect the taste of the finished product.
