June Fresh Soy Sauce Lo Noodles

Ingredients, two wet noodles (I used homemade noodles, 115 grams each, frozen and preserved, and you can take them out for cooking), 2 eggs, 1 ham sausage, and original June fresh soy sauce.

After the water boils, put in the wet noodles and scoop it up after they are cooked.

Heat up the pan, add a little cooking oil, a little soy sauce, add the sliced ham sausage, stir fry for about 2 minutes, set it up.

Beat two eggs, add half eggshell water, 1 teaspoon salt, and mix well. After frying, shred and set aside.

Restart the pan, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, add 1 tablespoon of chicken powder, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and stir fry for a while.

Turn off the heat, drizzle some June fresh soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil according to your taste.
