June Yellow Spicy Crab

Wash hairy crabs.

Cut the washed hairy crabs in half with a knife along the middle.

Dip a small amount of starch on the cut area of the crab to prevent the crab from falling apart.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the crabs after heating, fry until golden brown, remove the oil control.

Prepare accessories.

Put a small amount of base oil in the pot (you can use the oil that has just been fried), add green onions, ginger, garlic, dried chilies and 1 spoon of cooking wine.
