Kaiyang Fried Garlic Egg

1. Ingredients: eggs, garlic.

2. Kaiyang (already soaked).

3. Drizzle the garlic with clean water and remove it.

4. Cut it with scissors.

5. Then, beat in the eggs.

6. Mix well into garlic egg mixture.

7. Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add garlic and egg mixture and stir fry into cubes.

8. Then, combine the soaked open ocean and stir fry, add some salt and chicken essence.

9. Stir-fry well and serve.
