Kaiyang Seaweed Knot Rib Soup

Ingredients: ribs (blanched), kelp knot (soaked and washed), Kaiyang

Soak Kaiyang in warm water and set aside.

Put the blanched ribs into the pressure cooker, and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Afterwards, add some clean water.

Then, close the lid, cook for 10 minutes, and turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, join the cleaned kelp knot and the soaked open ocean.

Bring to a boil and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.
