Kale Double Fresh

Squid cut flower knife.

Squid and shrimp are boiled in water for later use.

Wash the kale and cut into sections for later use.
4.
Add oil to the pot and heat it up.

Stir ginger in the pot, stir-fry the kale, add sugar, and cook cooking wine.

When the kale is cooked, add squid flowers and shrimps, add salt, steamed fish soy sauce and season out.

Serve on the table.
Tips:
1. Do not boil the squid and shrimp for a long time. The squid can be fished out by curling in the water.
2. This dish is on fire throughout the whole process. The kale will be cooked and the squid and shrimp should not be fried for too long.
