Kale Fried Rice

Ingredients: Chinese kale and rice.

Soak the kale in clean water for 30 minutes, wash, drain, and dice.

Hot oil pan.

Add the kale and fry until half cooked.

Put the rice in.

Stir well.

Pour in the right amount of fish sauce.

Stir well and then turn off the heat.

Put it in a bowl, and enjoy it after serving.
