Kale Fried Rice

Sliced pork belly.

Wash the kale and chop it into pieces, and pack the leaves and stems separately

Sit in a pot on the fire, add the pork belly and stir fry until the oil comes out

Stir fry the cut rods.

After the stalks are cooked through, put the leaves and stir fry.

Add more salt and pepper and stir-fry until the leaves are soft, then add rice and stir-fry well.
