Kaleidoscope Sushi
1.
Cook the rice first. Cut the salmon into four pieces about 1cm*1cm wide and half a piece of sushi nori.
2.
Put two of the salmon strips in soy sauce, put them in the refrigerator, marinate for about 20 minutes, not too long, soy sauce will harden the sashimi.
3.
During marinating, prepare two-color sushi rice. Take the cooked rice out and put it in a large bowl, add sushi vinegar and stir well, fan and cool. Take out half, add raspberry juice, and stir to form pink sushi rice. If you don’t have raspberry juice, you can use some color instead.
4.
Choose half a straight cucumber of uniform thickness and cut into four long strips with a fan-shaped cross section, which can be put together to form a circle.
5.
Take half a piece of sushi nori, and glue about 60 grams of white sushi rice. Combine the cucumber into a round shape, place it on the rice, roll up the sushi, stick a little rice at the end, and cut off the excess seaweed.
6.
Take another two and a half sheets of sushi seaweed and glue them into a long strip with a few grains of rice. Glue about 80 grams of pink sushi rice on the seaweed, put a cucumber roll on top, roll up the sushi, stick a little rice at the end, and cut off the excess seaweed.
7.
Cut the rice ring into four sectors along the side of the cucumber.
8.
Take two and a half sheets of sushi seaweed, and glue the two into a long strip with a few grains of rice. Place two cucumber rice rolls with seaweed in the middle.
9.
Spread mayonnaise on the seaweed.
10.
Place a salmon strip of the original color on the bottom, stack two dark salmon strips, and put the other salmon strip of the original color on top.
11.
Spread mayonnaise on the side of the salmon strips and put two other cucumber rice rings on the sides to form a square.
12.
Roll up the sushi, smear a little rice grains on the mouth to stick it firmly. Spread a little water on the knife and cut the sushi into about 1.5cm.
Tips:
1) No raspberry juice can be replaced with pigments or other red ingredients.
2) The sashimi in the middle can also be replaced with salmon and tuna.
