Kelp and Soy Keel Soup

Raw material diagram. Soak the kelp and soybeans in advance, rinse, and rinse with ginger.

Cut the kelp into large pieces and rinse again to remove the remaining sediment.

Add water to the pot, put the pepper, and boil the keel in a pot under cold water for a while.

Rinse the cooked keel with cold water.

Add all the raw materials and ginger, add enough water, and heat the pressure cooker on medium-low heat for 30 minutes.

Season with salt before serving.
Tips:
1. Only add ginger and salt to the personal soup, so as not to have too much seasoning to affect the umami taste of the soup itself.
2. Because kelp and soybeans are very resistant to cooking, I use a pressure cooker to save time, and I usually cook the soup in a casserole slowly at home.
