Kelp Beef Soup

Cut fresh beef into four cubes and soak in water, change the water several times, soak it until there is no blood;

Wash fresh kelp root and cut into diamond-shaped pieces;

Take appropriate amount of pepper, star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon, hawthorn dried seasoning box;

Boil the soaked beef cubes in a pot under cold water;

Pour water into the casserole, put it into the seasoning box, ginger slices and appropriate amount of cooking wine to boil;

Remove the blanched beef cubes and put them in a casserole;

After boiling the kelp with hot water, remove it and put it in a casserole;

After the high fire has boiled, turn to medium and low heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours;

Stew beef and kelp until crisp, add appropriate amount of salt and white pepper to taste, then turn off the heat;

Serve the seaweed beef broth, sprinkle a little chopped green onion and enjoy.
