Kelp Beef Soup

1. Cut fresh beef into four cubes and soak in water, change the water several times, soak it until there is no blood;

2. Wash fresh kelp root and cut into diamond-shaped pieces;

3. Take appropriate amount of pepper, star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon, hawthorn dried seasoning box;

4. Boil the soaked beef cubes in a pot under cold water;

5. Pour water into the casserole, put it into the seasoning box, ginger slices and appropriate amount of cooking wine to boil;

6. Remove the blanched beef cubes and put them in a casserole;

7. After boiling the kelp with hot water, remove it and put it in a casserole;
