Kelp Bone Soup
1.
Soak dried kelp slices in cold water for about 3 hours
2.
Wash the bones and blanch them in boiling water to drain
3.
Wash the kelp and cut into long cubes (the shape you like), blanch it in boiling water and drain for later use
4.
Put the bones, kelp, and ginger together in the pot (the water should be less than the bones), and boil for one and a half hours on high heat and turn to low heat for half an hour
5.
Put the right amount of salt according to your taste to drink the soup
Tips:
1. Wash the kelp slices several times, blanch them in boiling water after cutting to remove the mucus and grassy smell on them
2. Put a small spoonful of vinegar into the soup when it boils for the first time, which can soften the bones and kelp, and make the calcium in the bones better dissolve into the soup, making it easy for the body to absorb
