Kelp Mixed Vermicelli

Wash kelp and cut into long pieces.

The vermicelli is soaked in cold water for a minute or two.

Yunsi soaks hair, if not, you can cut the bean curd into shreds instead.

Wash the coriander. Shred the red pepper and set aside.

Bring the water to a boil, add the seaweed and cook first, then add the red pepper shreds and boil.

Turn off the heat, put the fans in and burn them to soften. Remove with cold water and drain.
7.
Put in a container, add coriander and all the spices.
8.
The mixing method of lifting and throwing, just mix evenly. Finally, add some sesame oil to enhance the flavor.
