Kelp Ribs Noodle
1.
Prepare ingredients: ribs, ginger, green onions, kelp, dried noodles and fungus leaves.
2.
Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections, soak kelp in clean water, and wash fungus leaves.
3.
Boil the ribs in a pot of cold water, add cooking wine, remove the blood and remove them for later use.
4.
Put the ribs in an electric pressure cooker, add water that has not been used for the ribs, add Pixian bean paste, ginger slices, green onion, aniseed, cinnamon, and salt. After covering the pot, press for 15 minutes. (You can make more at a time, put it in the refrigerator, and take it out whenever you want to eat)
5.
After opening the lid, add the soaked kelp and cook until the kelp is mature.
6.
Add water and dried noodles to the boiling pot to cook the dried noodles.
7.
Drop in the washed fungus leaves and turn off the heat when they are mature.
8.
Put the noodles into a bowl, and then add fungus leaves, ribs, and kelp. The ribs soup is nutritious and should not be wasted.
9.
Try it, a nutritious breakfast.
Tips:
Without fungus leaves, other vegetables can be used. A simpler method is to put the noodles in a pressure cooker and cook, so that you can save a pot. I use dried noodles, but fresh noodles can do the same.
