Kelp Salad

Prepare ingredients: dried kelp, red pepper, garlic, chives

First soak the kelp shreds in water (about half an hour to an hour)

After the seaweed is soaked, rinse it with clean water several times, and then boil it in boiling water for about 5 to 8 minutes.

Shred red pepper, mince garlic, diced chives

Remove the boiled kelp and control the moisture, then put the minced garlic and green onion on it

Tips:
1. There will be some silt in the dried seaweed shreds, so be sure to wash it after soaking.
2. The red pepper shreds can be fry quickly to get the fragrance, don't fry for too long
3. The amount of seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste
4. Patients with kelp cold, hyperthyroidism, pregnancy, cold stomach, and gastroenteritis are best not to eat
