Kelp Salad

Wash the kelp thread and soak it in water for a while.

Then, cook in a pot over medium heat for 10 minutes to make the kelp cooked.

After it's cooked, take out cold water (cold water is after boiling water is cooled).

When cooking the kelp, chop the garlic.

Add steamed fish soy sauce, salt, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and Laoganma tempeh to kelp.

Stir well.

Serve on the plate, slightly spicy and salty.
Tips:
The white sugar in the seasoning has the effect of improving freshness, just a little.
