Kelp Salad

Wash the kelp thread with water

Prepare the ingredients on the picture in advance

Pour clean water into the pot, it doesn't need to be too much, it can submerge the kelp shreds.

After the water is boiled, put in the kelp shreds and remove it after five minutes.

After the kelp shreds are allowed to cool, add all the ingredients.

Stir well with chopsticks and refrigerate for two hours.
Tips:
If you want the kelp shreds to be more crispy, after blanching, you can put the kelp shreds in a cool boil to cool down and then remove them. If you are in a hurry, you can mix the ingredients and eat directly.
