Kelp Salad

Soak the kelp in clean water for one hour in advance;

Add water to the pot, boil, add the shredded kelp to blanch water, then remove and drain the water;

Wash carrots and cut into shreds; cut coriander into sections;
4.
Peel the garlic, chop finely and put it into a small bowl; cut the chili into circles, and add the white sesame seeds to the bowl;
5.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt, add oil to heat in a separate pot, add to the garlic while it is still hot;
6.
Put shredded kelp and shredded carrots into a bowl, add coriander, top with chili garlic oil and mix well.
