Kelp Salad

Ingredients: kelp, ginger, garlic, chili, tea seed oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar.

Soak the kelp in cold water, then rinse the salt on the kelp, remove it, and cut the kelp into kelp shreds. The finer the kelp, the more delicious

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the saucepan, close the lid, and boil over high heat;

Put the cut kelp shreds into a boiling pot, boil again and then turn to medium heat to cook the kelp

Use a colander to remove the boiled kelp, add cold water, and drain the water. Kelp is easier to cook, and it takes about 2 minutes to cook.

To make the seasoning, mince garlic, mince ginger, pour into a bowl of chopped pepper, add camellia oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar and stir well.

Tips:
1. If you don't like spicy flavor, you can leave out the pepper oil. You can chop chili peppers or chop fresh red peppers. 2. The kelp itself has salt. The cold kelp shreds do not need to be salted, and there is a little soy sauce, otherwise it will be too salty.
