Kelp Salad

Boil the purchased seaweed shreds in super hot water, then super cool the water, cut it off, and put it in a bowl for later use.

Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili, then put the onion, chili, garlic and sesame seeds on top of the kelp, set aside.

Put the oil in the pot, wait for the oil to boil, add ginger and pepper, and fry it to create a fragrance.

When the oil is boiled and the aroma is fried, remove the sliced ginger and pepper, then pour the oil on the onion, garlic and chili to spray out the aroma.
5.
After the oil is poured, add the vinegar and salt, and stir well.
6.
Stir all the ingredients evenly and enjoy.
Tips:
Kelp shreds, blanch in hot water, do not take too long, it will easily affect the taste.
